I started this blog for my own accountability initially. It’s turned into a place for me to share everything I learn along my fitness journey.
After having gained almost 40 pounds in college, I decided it was time for a change. It’s been 5 years since I lost the weight, but I’m still learning new things every day!
With hundreds of fad diets and even more workout plans, beginning a weight loss journey can be overwhelming. When I first started out, trying to figure out the ‘right’ thing to do as almost debilitating. Not knowing which one was most effective, what sources were reliable, which product recommendations were honest. I became obsessed with reading fitness and nutrition articles and watching related videos on YouTube. I started sharing what I was doing and learning on my Instagram. I’ve found this blog to be a great way to go more in depth.
My goal here is to share my journey and pass along what I’ve found to work for me in a more condensed and easy to understand format!
